Product Performance
QP Series Rubber Extender Oil is refined from lube distillates via high-pressure hydrogenation, hydrodewaxing and isomerization. It features superior thermal oxidation stability, colorless & odorless texture, excellent light stability, no pour point depressants and low pour point.
High normal paraffin content ensures good rubber compatibility. Ultra-low sulfur and nitrogen content, CP carbon type index above 50%, aromatic-free, non-toxic and environmentally safe.
Application Scope
This eco-friendly naphthenic rubber oil is specially suitable for oil extension of SBS thermoplastic elastomers and TPR pellet production in shoemaking industry.
It is also applicable for oil filling and processing of styrene rubber, neoprene rubber, natural rubber, EPDM and colored rubber products.
