Product Performance
QN Series Rubber Extender Oil is processed from lube distillates through high-pressure hydrogenation, hydrodewaxing and isomerization technologies. It boasts excellent thermal oxidation stability, colorless & odorless appearance and outstanding light stability without any pour point depressants, featuring a low pour point.
High naphthene content delivers great compatibility with rubber; it can be blended into rubber in large proportions (over 50% filling ratio for SBS). Extremely low sulfur and nitrogen content, CN carbon type index over 40%, aromatic-free, non-toxic and eco-friendly.
Application Scope
Widely used for filling and processing natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, polybutadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, butyl rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, ethylene-propylene rubber, polyisoprene rubber and EPDM.
