Product Performance
Outstanding water separability thoroughly separates water mixed in oil to protect bearings and adapt to various water contamination conditions. Excellent thermal oxidation stability prolongs oil service life and bearing service life, reducing roll change frequency. Superior rust protection prevents corrosion of metal components. Good anti-foam performance ensures steady oil supply and complete oil film formation. Compatible with all sealing materials designed for mineral oils.
Application Scope
Lubricates high-speed wire rod mills, plate mills and thin-sheet cold rolling mills in steel plants; also applicable to rough, intermediate continuous rolling mills and back-up roll bearings of rolling equipment. It fits circulating lubrication systems for finishing mills and pre-finishing mills of wire rod mills, as well as oil film bearing circulation systems for medium & heavy plate mills, hot and cold continuous rolling mills.
