Product Performance
Low viscosity and great fluidity provide full flushing effect inside tiny electrode gaps. It is colorless and odorless to create a pleasant working environment and facilitate clear observation of machining sparks. Low aromatic content improves occupational health and safety for operators. High flash point minimizes fire hazards. Excellent filterability rapidly removes fine metal debris generated during processing.
Application Scope
Used as insulating fluid for electrical discharge machining (EDM). Ideal for EDM operations in tool and mold workshops where workpieces are fully submerged in insulating liquid.
Note: Fire or even explosion risks may occur if discharge machining cannot be fully immersed in this fluid.
