Collophane Reverse Flotation Collector
Properties: Yellow paste or liquid
Description: This product is a modified fatty acid with general chemical properties of fatty acids. Its collecting power can be regulated by adjusting the electronegativity of carboxylic groups in fatty acid molecules. It appears as viscous liquid or paste at room temperature. It is used in reverse flotation of phosphate ore to remove carbonates such as magnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate, so as to raise the phosphorus grade of concentrate. It maintains excellent flotation performance at room temperature and even low temperatures.
Application Method: Adjust the pH value of pulp to weakly acidic with sulfuric acid. Dissolve this product in water to prepare a 5%-10% solution for direct use.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse.
